04th November 2006 : I have been a fan of Ingrid's for many, many years and picked up quite a bit of memorabilia that is signed by her. Despite appearing in a few cult classics, there is something special about Ingrid that draws you in and when you get to know her, you realise what an amazing lady she is. As well as being an actress, she is a very talented author in her own right with many books to her credit. Read her biography "Life Is A Scream" and you will see what I mean. With most of my autograph collecting, one or a small number of autographs meets my needs. Ingrid will always remain unique in my collecting habits because of my fondness for her.
01st April 2007 : I had a lovely time meeting Ingrid at Memorabilia Birmingham yesterday. It is always a pleasure to spend some time with her and I am thrilled to get the Perons and Katarina hardbacks signed as well as pick up the signed Bedside Comapnion For Ghosthunters. The Perons book was also signed by Tony Rudlin who co-wrote it and is Ingrid's husband. The inscription on Katarina is very special.
16th April 2007 : Received a signed/dedicated 4x6 inch photo in the post today.
30th July 2007 : Received the Jan 1970 copy of ABC Film Review signed by Ingrid that I purchased from an eBay seller. Great Where Eagles Dare cover and feature.
23rd December 2007 : Last week I received a Christmas card from Ingrid and Tony.
28th May 2008 : Received a belated birthday card from Ingrid.
30th August 2008 : Received my Beyond The Rave photo back signed.
02nd September 2009 : Received another signed photo from Ingrid in today's post.
21st April 2011 : The Hammer book was obtained through Ingrid's site. Still find it hard to believe Ingrid is no longer with us.
Meeting Ingrid at Memorabilia Birmingham NEC (31st March 2007) -
I have had the good fortune to meet Ingrid three times, but sadly only have two pictures of the occasions. The non pictured time was at Waterstones, Oxford Street London (19th January 2001).
